We have found that all of our clients love to work with Jeanette. You receive training from our nutritionist on healthy eating and food preparation. Our chef feeds you delicious and healthy food. She does throw in an occasional fabulous dessert. We use a state of the art gym that has swimming pools, weight lifting machines, circuit training, track, basketball courts, a rock climbing wall, sauna and hot tub. Everything you need to take care of your physical health. Our well balanced program addresses all of you and prepares you for the new life that you have chosen for yourself.
