This means that each client gets very individual care. Our top notch counselors offer many hours of therapy in the form of one-on-one treatment and group. Each client has a treatment plan especially designed for them so that your treatment is individualized.

For family members who need help we offer the services of our Interventionist. This service helps the family to support the individual to make the decision to help themselves by coming to a 30 day residential treatment program. Our Interventionist has a Master's degree in Social Work and has helped many families to help their loved ones to receive treatment.

Next our Medical Director guides a social model detox. There are different ways to support a detox that is easy and helps to prevent withdrawal symptoms. For those who are addicted to opiates the best choice to prevent withdrawal symptoms is to use Suboxone. The doctor offers direction in the Suboxone use until the you have reached the point where you do not feel the withdrawals. Once this point is reached then you are slowly removed from using Suboxone until you are free of symptoms and not using Suboxone. For people with alcohol addiction various medications are used to prevent the need to drink. If you are in heavy withdrawals from alcohol then you are referred to a local hospital for treatment. This makes the most intense withdrawal phase safe for you. After that you are monitored and offered meds that help the craving to go away.

As well as these services and our dynamic therapeutic program we offer training in the 12 step programs. You have instruction in the 12 steps and you have the opportunity to attend meetings so that you learn how supportive the 12 step programs are. This prepares you for your new life free of drug, alcohol or gambling abuse.

Of course there is the holistic side of your recovery which includes working with our personal trainer and using the state of the art gym to enhance your new healthy body. At the gym you may use the weights, circuit training, play basketball, use the indoor track, climb the rock climbing wall, swim in one of the pools and enjoy the sauna or hot tub. You will meet with our nutritionist for help with better eating choices that will enhance your new, stronger body. Our chef prepares very tasty and yet nutritious food.
